FOR BOYS AND GIRLS

AGES 9 – 14

 

AYG Strength Program is headed by George Mitchell Jr., Former Towson University – Defensive Lineman 

George’s goal is to improve the athlete’s self-confidence and to create an exercise routine that will increase explosiveness for Upper and Lower Body Strength that will compliment the athlete’s sports performance on and off the field.

Current Clients: 

·   Wilber Garcia – Ranked # 2 in Nation in the Youth Boys 400 Meters at 50.42 an d Ranked # 8 in the 100 meters in the Nation

·   Amanda Ruffin Ranked # 6 in the Nation in the Primary Girls 100 meters at 14.64

·   Alonzo Ruffin, Jr. – Ranked in top Fifty in 100 meters in Nation for AAU Track & Field 2011

·   Jasmine Robinson - Ranked in top Fifty in 100 meters in Nation for AAU Track & Field 2011

·   Lakin Hatcher – Ranked in top One Hundred in 100 & 400 meters in Nation for AAU Track & Field 2011  

·   Taylor Williams – Ranked in top One Hundred in 100 & 400 meters in Nation for AAU Track & Field 2011
