AYG Youth Strength Training Program   

FOR BOYS AND GIRLS

AGES 9 – 14

 

AYG Strength Program is headed by George Mitchell Jr., Former Towson University – Defensive Lineman

George’s goal is to improve the athlete’s self-confidence and to create an exercise routine that will increase explosiveness for Upper and Lower Body Strength that will compliment the athlete’s sports performance on and off the field.

Current Clients:

  • Kyla Lewis – Ranked Fifth in 100 meters in Nation for USA Track & Field 2009; Ranked in top Twenty Five in 100 & 200 meters in Nation for AAU Track & Field 2009

  • Omar Garcia – Ranked in top Ten in 400 meters in Nation for USA Track & Field 2009 ; Ranked in top Fifty in 100 & 400 in Nation for AAU Track & Field 2009

  • Alonzo Ruffin, Jr. – Ranked in top Fifty in 100 meters in Nation for AAU Track & Field 2009

  • Jasmine Robinson - Ranked in top Fifty in 100 meters in Nation for AAU Track & Field 2009

  • Lakin Hatcher – Ranked in top One Hundred in 100 & 400 meters in Nation for AAU Track & Field 2009

  • Taylor Williams – Ranked in top One Hundred in 100 & 400 meters in Nation for AAU Track & Field 2009

  • Team Accelerate Girls (Kyla Lewis, Jasmine Robinson, Lakin Hatcher, Taylor Williams) - 11-12 year olds - 4x400 Meter Relay ranked Third in Nation for AAU Track & Field 2009
