Speed is an integral part of every sport and can be influenced in many ways by strength, endurance, and proper running techniques.

Can you really teach someone how to improve his or her speed?

Yes, once we develop good flexibility, muscular strength, power and correct running technique your stride length and frequency will increase.

What days and times are available?

Monday - Saturday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
